In the event that your online purchase does not meet your expectations, SAINT JAMES accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. All returns must have ALL TAGS ATTACHED and be returned within 14 business days from the date of shipment.

All sale merchandise is final sale.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note that upon receipt of returned goods, SAINT JAMES reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet Return Policy requirements.

To process a return or exchange of website merchandise, please contact our customer service 1-800-681-2631  you will be given a Return Authorization Code. The return code must be written on your packing slip and included in the package with the original invoice. If you are returning part of your order, enclose a copy of the original invoice in the packing slip.

The Packing slip with a Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.

Returns are for CREDIT STORE only by default. We will credit you card ONLY IF REQUESTED, if not you will receive a STORE CREDIT by email or mail.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment up to 3 business days after receiving and approving the returned merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase minus shipping and handling charges.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D returns.
