How do I place an order?
Click on the "add to your shopping bag" for each item you want to purchase. Click on "shopping cart” or “checkout” to finalize your order.
Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise. All your previous invoices and order can also be found in the "My Account" section of the website.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information and click "order now" on the final review page, we will give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. Another e-mail will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped and we have charged your credit card.
How to use an Online Store Credit ?
If you return a product for store credit, a credit will be issued and available within the “My Account” section. This credit is non-transferable and can be used on SaintJamesBoutique.com only.
If a credit is available, you will be asked to enter it upon checkout of your next order.
What can I use as a form of payment?

How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?

Credit Card Security
Saint James uses the services of a third party to process credit card transaction. Saint James’ employees do not have access to your credit card information and no information is stored on Saint James’ server.
How do I track my order?
A confirmation email including your order’s tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. You may check the status of your order by visiting the UPS website or directly from your account on SaintJamesBoutique.com.
How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you must cancel an order, please contact our customer service by phone (646) 422 1190 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will cancel your order provided it has not already been processed and shipped.
Do I pay tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to New York State. Items under $110 are not subject to tax, items over $110 are subject to a 8.875% NY Tax. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
