Return policy

 

Return policy in the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, SAINT JAMES accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED.

All returns must have ALL TAGS ATTACHED and be returned within 14 business days from the date of purchase. All sale merchandise is final sale. SAINT JAMES reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet Return Policy requirements.

Returns are for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only. For exchanges, if the merchandise meets Return Policy requirements, a $10 fee is charged for shipping and handling. For special case, refunds to credit card will be made at manager's discretion only.

 

How do I place an order?

Click on the "add to your shopping bag" for each item you want to purchase. Click on "shopping cart” to confirm your purchase. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click on "Secure Checkout."

 

Will I get a receipt with my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise. All your previous invoices and order can also be found in the "My Account" section of the website.

 

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information and click "order now" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

 

What can I use as a form of payment?

We accept the following: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB.

 

How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?

We will immediately e-mail you a confirmation with total amount of charge.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, with a tracking number. You may check the status of your order by visiting UPS website.

 

How do I cancel my order?

If for any reason you must cancel an order, please e-mail us. We will cancel your order provided it has not already been processed or shipped.

 

Do I pay tax?

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to New York State. Items under $110 are not subject to tax, orders over $110 are subject to a 8.875% NY Tax. 

Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
